Learn About bu99 — Our Story and Mission

Who We Are

bu99 is a recognized and trusted name in Bangladesh's online gaming world. We believe every player deserves a top-quality gaming experience — and that belief is what bu99 was built on. Our platform was designed with Bangladeshi users in mind, offering full support in Bengali, local payment methods, and world-class games all in one place.

Our mission is simple: to create a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for Bangladeshi players. We are not just a gaming site — we are a platform where players can play with confidence, knowing their information is protected and their winnings will be delivered quickly and reliably.

At bu99, we respect Bangladeshi culture and preferences. From cricket to slot games, fishing games to live casino — every section is arranged with our users' tastes and needs in mind. Whether it's cricket betting during the BPL season or special offers during Ramadan — bu99 is always there for its players.

Our payment system is fully Bangladesh-friendly. Deposits start from just ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer, and withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. We believe your money should reach you quickly, and to make that happen we combine technical efficiency with human service.

bu99 makes no compromises on security. SSL encryption, fair play assurance, and responsible gaming policies are strictly followed on our platform. We want our players to play within their limits while having fun — which is why our responsible gaming section includes self-exclusion and deposit limit features.

Above all, bu99 considers its players part of the family. Our 24/7 Bengali live chat support ensures that any issue can be resolved quickly. We do not just provide a service — we build a relationship.
